Registration and Refund Policy

Class registrations are non-refundable. The registration fee may be applied to another class if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the first class session. Class subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.

Inclement Weather Policy

We will use our best judgment about whether to hold class in the event of inclement weather. Closings and cancellations will be listed on our Facebook page and website home page.

On days that the Danville Independent School District is closed due to extreme weather,
classes, programs, events, and open studio hours at the Arts Center will be reviewed by the
Executive Director and a decision will be made on closures and cancellations.

The Communications Director will post closing information to social media and on the website to inform the public of closings and delays as soon as is possible. The Communications Director will also contact scheduled volunteers to inform them of the closing.

No refunds or make-up sessions will be offered for cancelled classes within a multi-session
program (e.g., Mini Masters). Rescheduling or credits will be offered for single classes that are
cancelled due to bad weather (e.g., Starry Night Studio).
