The GoodGiving Guide Challenge is off to a promising start! Since Nov. 1, more than $247,000 has been raised online for 108 Central Kentucky nonprofits, including the Community Arts Center.
As of Nov. 7, we have raised $2,775 from 29 unique donors. Wow! Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, and to everyone who came out to the Hub Coffeehouse and Cafe, Captain Frank’s Hotdog Emporium and V the Market on launch day!
With your continued support, we will have no trouble reaching our $5,000 goal. Please spread the word to others who may not know about the Community Arts Center and the GoodGiving Guide Challenge by sharing our blog and social media posts with your social networks, forwarding our emails to others, and talking about us with your friends!
We’ll also be sharing stories and testimonials from local artists, students and community members who have been impacted by the Arts Center and our programs. Our first, posted yesterday, is from Danville artist Allen Arth – these are definitely worth sharing!
As always, feel free to contact me with any questions you have about the GoodGiving Guide Challenge or if you have your own story to share. I look forward to hearing from you!
