Germaine Dunn is a painter and mixed media artist living in Harrodsburg, KY. When he’s not in the studio, Germaine works as an art facilitator and public relations professional for Isaiah House. After struggling with substance abuse for more than thirty years, Germaine is now joyfully sober.
He says: ““Art makes you think about life,” he says, “about way more than just what’s in front of you. It allows me to express myself in ways that words can’t.”
Germaine’s residency is part of a new program for artists from underrepresented backgrounds, sponsored by Isaiah House.
