Ready to make a BIG difference in your community? Join us for the 2021 GoodGiving Challenge, an online giving campaign that runs November 30 to December 6.
We will have just seven short days during which to raise $10,000 in order to claim an additional $5,000 in matching funds from the Hudson-Ellis Fund. Plus a chance at additional matching gifts!

Funds raised through the Challenge will support community art programs, including:
#1 – Free programs for children and families. We rely on community support to fund free programs like Lisi’s Art Lab (our children’s art studio) and the Art Box outreach. Your $120 donation funds 34 art kits!
#2 – Scholarships. Our scholarship program helps both children and adults overcome financial barriers that might prevent them from taking classes. As we look ahead to summer (yes, already) we need to start replenishing the scholarship fund to be ready for art camp. Summer is always when we see the most scholarship requests! Your $300 donation underwrites three scholarships for half-day summer camps.
#3 – Appalachia Exhibit. This winter, we will debut an all-new exhibit that celebrates Kentucky’s Appalachian region. This FREE exhibit will feature all-new artwork created just for the show, as well as pieces from the Kentucky Folk Art Museum’s permanent collection. Plus, a great lineup of cultural programs, musical performances, and more. Your $500 donation helps us commission new work for the show, directly supporting working artists in our state.
