The Tiny Art Show

The Tiny Art Show is back march 25, 2023!

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MARCH 17

The Tiny Art Show is a pop-up exhibit and fundraiser featuring hundreds of pieces of tiny art from artists throughout the Bluegrass region.

This year, admission to the Tiny Art Show is completely free! Guests of the Tiny Art Show will have the opportunity to purchase canvases for $20 apiece… but will not know the identity of the artist until after they complete their purchase! The mystery is half the fun of this unique event. The show runs from 6-7pm and doors open at 5:15pm.

New this year for the Tiny Art Show – wine, beer, and a special Tiny Art cocktail will be available for purchase! Drinks will be served starting when doors open at 5:15pm and final call will be 7pm. Grab a drink, find that special tiny piece to take home, and head into Danville for a dinner downtown!

Want to submit artwork? ANYONE can participate! Adults may submit up to ten artworks to the show. Children may submit up to two. Any medium is acceptable – painting, drawing, collage, pastel, etc. No glitter or un-fixed charcoal or pastel, please! Artwork must not exceed 6” on any side and should be created on – or affixed to – a solid backing (such as panelboard, mat board, foam core, stretched canvas, etc.) to allow for easy hanging.

To submit artwork for review for the Tiny Art Show, fill in the submission form which you can download here. Bring it in, along with your pieces, to the Art Center’s front desk before the submission deadline. If you have any questions, contact Leigh Jefferson at leigh@artcenterky.org.

Submission deadline: Friday, March 17th

Need a hand with your Tiny Art? Our Starry Night Studio will be painting their own tiny masterpieces at the Tiny Art Starry Night! Join us on March 14 from 6-8pm where you can create two unique tiny art pieces, one of which will become part of the Tiny Art Show on the 25th. For more info and to sign up, click here!
