Mosaics as Modern Art

December 15 to February 21
Upstairs Gallery

Don’t miss an incredible display of contemporary mosaic artwork by Louisville artist Tracy Pennington. Putting a thoroughly modern spin on an ancient art form, Tracy uses small glass tiles to create large, intricate pieces of artwork, often incorporating defunct technology, as in the piece featured to the left, which was constructed into the frame of a Toshiba television screen.
