BUILDING RENTALS
The Art Center of the Bluegrass offers a graceful and intimate location for your next birthday party, anniversary celebration, wedding, meeting, or other special event, and is conveniently located in downtown Danville. To make a reservation call 859-236-4054.
Rental of the Grand Hall includes the use of catering space and can comfortably seat 80 guests at a formal dinner or 125 guests at a cocktail buffet with space for music and dancing.
For smaller or more informal occasions, the upstairs gallery and Classroom (also on the 2nd floor) can be reserved.
Our new outdoor space, the Art Park, is also available as a rental space. For this place, outdoor tables and chairs are available at an additional cost.
Alcohol

PRICING
• $80/hour for the Grand Hall, including set-up and take-down time
• $50/hour for the upstairs gallery and classroom, including set-up and take-down time
• $60/hour for the Art Park, including set-up and take-down time
• $300 damage deposit
• Additional fees for alcohol
Note: We must receive 50% of the total rental price along with the $300 damage deposit to formally reserve your date and time.
Host a private Starry Night Studio
The Art Center’s popular Starry Night Studios are a “social painting experience” held several times a month in our Grand Hall.
If you can’t make it to a scheduled Starry Night Studio or want to host one of your own, gather 10 friends and call us at 859.236.4054 to schedule it. Starry Night Studios are great for birthday parties, a girls’ night out, staff retreats, client appreciation, or just because! Price ranges from $28 per person to $35 per person depending on the painting you select. All parties require a 10 painter minimum. Download our Private Party Rental Contract!
Paint-Your-Own Pottery
A Paint-Your-Own Pottery party is a great choice for corporate gatherings, bridal showers, birthday parties, girls’ night out, or any other special occasion. A 90-minute party is just $150 for up to 6 guests. Additional guests may be added for $15 per person, up to a maximum of 50.
We’ll provide paint, brushes, and other supplies and handle all the cleanup. Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 10 days. Download our Private Party Rental Contract!
